Halsell Residence Hall provides 210 beds in suite-style arrangements for Oregon State University. The project was constructed the using a CMGC project delivery method.  Suites consist of two double or four single rooms, a common living space, kitchen area, and semi-private restroom facilities.  Student lounge spaces are provided at the building knuckle on alternate floors.  The "L" shaped building configuration opens up slightly to address street frontages and to define a south facing green space.
