Oregon-born and Texas-bred, Leslie Fender (she/her) joined GLAS Architects in 2024 after an impromptu road trip turned homecoming.

She brings 30 years of experience managing the full scope of administration, accounting and project management for a diverse range of businesses including legal, nonprofit, construction and retail. Leslie’s background also spans roles in film, fashion and photography with a Textiles & Apparel Design degree from The University of Texas at Austin. As Business Manager, she contributes her creative and operational strengths across firm workflows, development and project coordination—grounded by GLAS’s collaborative and public‑focused work.

Outside the office, Leslie explores her local scene and nearby forests, falls and coasts with her husband and their hound dog, Kiddo.
