This 30,690 square foot phased project involved converting a former Toys”R”Us box store building into a Market of Choice natural foods grocery store. A reconstruction of the front of the building provides a welcoming seating area adjacent to the store’s Barista/PUB/Gelato counter. Other areas of the store include a bakery and a kitchen servicing the sushi, salad, entrée, charcuterie, and cheese bars.
