nORTH DELTA SHOPPING CENTER

The North Delta Shopping Center is a compilation of several cumulative projects. Project/Phase I involved the exterior building alterations and tenant improvements of an existing approximately 25,200-square-foot building. Project/Phase II was comprised of the addition of three new commercial buildings approximating 25,000 square feet, as well as parking and landscaping.

The Phase II project was completed in the summer of 2004, and portions of two of the buildings were immediately occupied by a coffee shop, a construction office, and a credit union.  In 2005, GLAS Architects was hired to complete the third phase which was the construction of an additional 11,560-square- foot multiple-tenant building with associated landscaping and parking areas.
