O’Hara Catholic School occupies a facility of roughly 68,000 square feet which was built in multiple phases and additions spread between 1949 and the 1960s. After many decades of use, this facility began to show significant signs of aging which required various levels of intervention. Starting with an entire gym roof, and roof structure, replacement in 2013, we have remained a partner for O’Hara’s facility improvement needs including re-roofing, siding and weather barrier replacement, window replacement, and thermal envelope improvements.
